Their Butlers, Have at It! (Art Trade)

I HAVE BEEN A BUSY BUNNY x.x -ow my hand is REALLY hurting- I think these next few days, I am just going to give it a rest, and finish that 1000 piece puzzle I bought.
Nah, I must say, I have been in the art zone as of late, and have just been flying through my requests, whether it be trades or commissions or anything else, hazaa
It has been lots of fun ^^

SO This is my art trade with chiarasanchi
They requested an image of Claude and Sebastian in action.
Now...I must say.......I was terrified by this request XD Mainly because it occurred to me that I have never actually drawn these two properly digitally, and in some form of dynamic pose....BUT I thought this was actually the perfect challenge for me to see how much my art and understanding of form has improved.
And I've been drawing enough of these two as of late, that giving such a request a shot wouldn't hurt....right??


So I went and looked at episodes where the two were flinging their butter knives at each other, but a lot of the poses I saw, I have seen before done in other images. I wanted something different. So I then turned to the internets, and found this image of two random dudes fighting: truthinator.files.wordpress.co…
I was like 'I CAN TOTALLY PUT CUTLERY IN THEIR HANDS' XD

So that's where my pose idea came from. From there, I just sat on GIMP for about seven/eight hours, referencing the pose and images of these two back and forth, making sure I got them as accurate as I possibly could.
Those hands were a pain. Their torsos were a pain. SEBASTIAN'S BLOOD ROUND HEAD WAS A NIGHTMARE XD It is sooooo difficult to draw a perfect circle with a mouse. I eventually gave up, added another layer, colored in a circle in the spot where his head was going to be, and then made an outline of such on my line image XD -no jokes, it worked somehow-


But all in all....I am super proud with how this somehow came out
I also kept to my motif theme to just add my twist on things ^^ I like the black and white with a hint of color. It's like a rendition of a manga page haha

Chiarasanchi is a really amazing Kuroshitsuji artist.....and if you are not watching them already....well, you should....yeah o.o
